Bot Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Knights OSINT Discord bot. The website itself collects nothing — it is static and runs no analytics.

What we do not collect

There are no user accounts and no database of people. Specifically, the Knights OSINT bot never stores:

• your messages, or any part of their text
• your username, display name, avatar or user ID
• who posted which link, or who ran which command
• analytics, usage profiles, advertising data or anything sold or shared with anyone

What we do store

Server configuration, and nothing else. All of it describes the server, not the people in it, and all of it was entered by a moderator using a command.

Retention, removal and contact

Server configuration is kept for as long as the bot is in your server. Remove the bot and it stops reading anything; ask us and we will delete that server's configuration outright. Position data for the replay is deleted automatically after 15 days.

Since we hold nothing about individuals, there is no personal data for an individual to request, correct or export.

If this policy changes in a way that affects what is stored, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
